Best Motel in West Sacramento! Prices' are great, Owners are very friendly and generous! Rooms are big ,spacious and clean!. Definitely recommend staying here, very great location as well, it's near fast food, liquor stores, gas and groceries and only about 5 minutes away from downtown Sacramento

I have been coming to this motel for 15+ years & the owners have treated me very fair. The rooms are always being updated, painted, new carpet, & tile. The working crews from out of town (like myself) enjoy the security & quite of the motel. I don't understand the bedbug comment. The mattress are changed regularly. I think the individual brought his own bugs with him.
This is my favorite place to stay in all of Sacramento. The managers are so friendly and accommodating. The hotel it's self is in a shady part of town and overall could use a few upgrades however it's very clean and the family that manages it are truly amazing people and will always have my business when I'm in town.
The staff was very nice. Also the other tenats were very cool. I thought it was really cool how the staff interacted with the tenants it really gave the place a welcoming feeling. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I really like the Sahara Motel...it's clean, quiet, management are very nice people, and the price is reasonable. If you're in the West Sacramento area and you're looking for a room for a good price, I recommend the Sahara Motel.
At first it was alil rocky to get a room. Im visiting and it was alil weird being questioned about how n who I would be staying with. But since I checked in it was okay from there. Tonight is my last night and I just appreciate the fact they gave me and my son a place to rest our heads a while .
